Guest guest Posted January 25, 2012 Report Share Posted January 25, 2012 I'm tired, even though I did it low-impact! The HRM says I burned 690 calories, and I think it may be correct. I wonder a lot about that -- if the thing is really accurate. I only have the one, so I don't have anything to compare it to. I AM losing a lot of weight and gaining a lot of muscle; my body is really changing for the better. Still... it seems that almost 700 calories is a lot. A week from Friday is my final weigh-in for the Biggest Loser competition at the office. I don't know where I stand at all among the other contestants. I was leading at the beginning of January, but that was a while ago! And I'm the oldest in the running. I'm taking it easy for the rest of the evening!
