Guest guest Posted February 6, 2012 Report Share Posted February 6, 2012 Hi Everyone, Today's workout was cardio - I did Metcalf's Keeping Fit Cardio routine - which is really fun. It is divided into 10 5 min segments and the cardio choreography varies from kickboxing to more traditional aerobics. She also includes some toning type moves such as lunges, etc. It is pretty easy to follow and, the good thing is, since a segment is only 5 min there is lots of variety. (This is in a 3 Pack - that includes the cardio, a strength workout and a Pilates workout - I picked it up last year for a good price at Borders - before they went out of business). I followed up w/ a recorded Classical Stretch episode (I think we're still on Season 7 on my PBS station). It included standing work and barre work. Tomorrow, I think is my strength day - may do Metcalf's strength workout or I may opt for one of my Exhale Core Fusions.
