OT - cake cases and cake tins

Hi all,

We just made fruit cakes with our simple chickpea flat bread recipe (but with

baking powder, sultanas and raisins).

The paper cake cases we used flopped open with the weight of the mix so we need

to find something stronger. We are avoiding all non-stick coatings. What

non-toxic cake tins or cases would you suggest for baking cupcakes, flat

sponges, fruit loaves etc?
