Guest guest Posted July 22, 2012 Report Share Posted July 22, 2012 Hi all, We just made fruit cakes with our simple chickpea flat bread recipe (but with baking powder, sultanas and raisins). The paper cake cases we used flopped open with the weight of the mix so we need to find something stronger. We are avoiding all non-stick coatings.
