Guest guest
This is so awesome, !!! What a comeback! I'm so, so happy for you!!To: exercisevideos Sent: Sat, January 21, 2012 9:00:45 PMSubject: last week 01/14/12 CLX BC1 01/15/12 5 mile bike commute 01/16/12 CLX bc2 + 5 mile bike commute 01/17/12 6 mile bike commute 01/18/12 CLX BC3, 3 mile morning commute and 25 mile p.m. commute (unexpected long ride) 01/19/12 6 mile bike commute + 1 mile walk 01/20/12 6.4 mile walk 50 miles/bike for the first week -- I had missed that so much! Here's my week. I started out slow, doing CLX Burn Circuit 1 very light. It went well, so I increased the efforts throughout the week. It was pretty slow at work on Wednesday, so I asked my boss if I could leave early to do a ride all the way home. We had a storm coming the next day, and I was DYING to do a longer ride. I missed it so. It was fantastic. It was chilly, so when I got to the Bay Trail section, I had it all to myself. People don't like going for walks when it's chilly. I think I overdid it just a little, but did not have any bad symptoms. My head is irritated, though, so I'll ease up on the mileage next week. I'm looking forward to increasing the weights for Clx. I haven't been online as much. I come home and practice my guitar and also my sign language. We've created an ASL group at work. It's challenging!Happy workouts! Guest guest
> 50 miles/bike for the first week -- I had missed that so much! and video workouts on top of that!! wow! you put me to shame angelica! > and also my sign language. We've created an ASL group at work. thats cool! i used sign language with my kids when they were babies... just signs for the basics... drink, eat, nurse and diaper.... they would tell me what they needed even though they couldnt speak yet... it was really neat, but that is the extent of my knowledge of sign language...LOL :*carolyn. Guest guest
I'm taking two complete rest days. The good news: no nausea, and no other CSF hypotension symptoms. It's just going to take a long time for things to heal. Little bit at a time and you'll get there. Good idea on taking the rest days. ~
