Hi All,Last week I cut my bike mileage back a bit. No more long rides for a while. I was so super excited to be riding and working out the prior week, but I overdid it a little. My head felt quite irritated (lots of tinnitus/buzzing/achy feeling), so I eased up a bit last week. I feel like I still did a bit too much last week. I really felt it when I was lifting weights. I'm taking two complete rest days.  The good news: no nausea, and no other CSF hypotension symptoms. It's just going to take a long time for things to heal.

Next week I'm going to alternate bike and walk days, and will continue to do CLX. I think I'll do CLX on the walk days. I won't be able to increase the weights as fast as I used to, but that's OK. I'm so happy to be doing any of this at all.  I still can't believe it.

I am so grateful every day, all day.Incidentally, I haven't been near the computer much. I come home, fix dinner, do a few chores, practice guitar and ASL, and the day is over, baby. 

Last week:01/21/12 rest01/22/12 5 mile bike commute

01/23/12 5.7 mile bike commute + CLX Burn circuit 101/24/12 5 mile bike commute

01/25/12 4 mile walk + CLX Burn Circuit 201/26/12 5.7 mile bike commute01/27/12 REST
