Chest and tri's  tonite at CAC, 3 sets of 8, eight counts up, eight counts down.  I went up in decline press from 35 to 45 lbs per arm on the first set, then to 40 on the second set.  Yay!  New Life Fitness Chest Press Machine:

90, 90, 90Rope Pull65,65, 60Life Fitness Tricep Extension:60, 55, 55Dumbell Tricep Crossovers (influenced by y'all who did these last week!)12, 10, 10I could feel my heart beat in my arms when I was done tonite, and my arms were shaking lifting up my waterbottle.  Can't wait to feel how sore I'll be on Thursday!
