Guest guest
Your run sounds so wonderful! So funny: I ride my bike through some residential areas of Berkeley, and it's amazing how skunky the air smells so early in the morning! I need coffee in the morning. I imagine there are a number of people in that neighborhood too happy to get anything done for the rest of the day. I hope your ankle gets better. Amazing workout! Had a great workout day today. I ran 7 miles and the weather couldn't have been more perfect! Brisk, but not windy like it was yesterday, and not a cloud in the sky, which Portlanders cherish, as it's often cloudy here. I used the loo at Laurelhurst Park on the way back. One guy left and I went in, and it reeked of pot LOL. Someone had a happy day at the park! About a mile from there a man was unicycling downhill as I was going up. Color me impressed! Cysty Ankle isn't happy with this, but the rest of me feels fine!I ate, took a bath, and took a catnap with 2 large Maine Coon type creamsicle cats. When I got up it was time to hit the gym for Back, 3 sets of 8, eight counts up, eight counts down: Life Fitness Seated RowsLevel 7, 8,8 (12 levels total)Fixed Pulldown (Life Fitness)100, 90, 90Iso-Lateral Hi Row (Hammer Strength)55, 50, 50Dumbell Pullovers:35, 35, 35, Single Arm Dumbell Rows25, 25, 25I still need to clean the aquarium and grill up meat and make rice for the week and it's ;9:30 pm. Guest guest
Great job ! What's the temp there now? It will be 40/41 degrees tomorrow but then Friday the temp is suppose to drop....YUCK...I'd rather have it in the 40's. Are you cats really Main Coons? Or are they just as big as a Main Coon? My old neighbor had a Maine Coon...very beautiful cat.
