Guest guest Posted January 21, 2012 Report Share Posted January 21, 2012 01/14/12 CLX BC1 01/15/12 5 mile bike commute 01/16/12 CLX bc2 + 5 mile bike commute 01/17/12 6 mile bike commute 01/18/12 CLX BC3, 3 mile morning commute and 25 mile p.m. commute (unexpected long ride) 01/19/12 6 mile bike commute + 1 mile walk 01/20/12 6.4 mile walk 50 miles/bike for the first week -- I had missed that so much!Here's my week. I started out slow, doing CLX Burn Circuit 1 very light. It went well, so I increased the efforts throughout the week. It was pretty slow at work on Wednesday, so I asked my boss if I could leave early to do a ride all the way home. We had a storm coming the next day, and I was DYING to do a longer ride. I missed it so. It was fantastic. It was chilly, so when I got to the Bay Trail section, I had it all to myself. People don't like going for walks when it's chilly. I think I overdid it just a little, but did not have any bad symptoms. My head is irritated, though, so I'll ease up on the mileage next week. I'm looking forward to increasing the weights for Clx. I haven't been online as much. I come home and practice my guitar and also my sign language. We've created an ASL group at work. It's challenging!Happy workouts!
