would anyone happen to have the rotation schedule for kathy

smith's project you?

workouts are:

foundation

long lean

full body circuit

lower + core

pilates

yoga

upper + abs

power push

I do, too! I kick myself to this day for trading the cardio workouts! I kept the strength workouts, at least. But now, I wish I still had the cardios.... :(

What I like about the cardios is that they are PERFECT for someone new to exercise, because the basic one is... basic, level 2 does that and adds on, then you have the final level 3 of the workout.  Really cool.

thanks! it wouldnt be hard to figure out... but i wanted to loan

the set to a friend and she would like to have the proper

calendar. but heck if i can find the darned thing! i might

even do a few of the project you workouts... it has been a long time.
