But now, I wish I still had the cardios.... Guest guest Posted February 8, 2012 Report Share Posted February 8, 2012 What I like about the cardios is that they are PERFECT for someone new to exercise, because the basic one is... basic, level 2 does that and adds on, then you have the final level 3 of the workout.
