Guest guest Posted February 3, 2012 Report Share Posted February 3, 2012 Good morning! Today I did The Firm Tough Tape. I didn't even have to think about if I wanted to keep this or not. The non stop leg presses were just RIDICULOUS! I love Traci and I love her in this workout, but way too many leg presses. I did like how she used the bar bell quite a bit, but that got to a place where my shoulders and neck were killing me.
