45% 115.39 94.41I lost a pound and a half this week. I'm not really sure how because I didn't start exercising like I said I would. Only thing I did different was take PGX Daily before my meals with a glass of water. It's suppose to help you lose weight...it's basically heavy-duty plant fiber. I heard about it on the Dr. Oz show. It's suppose to keep you from over-eating/feeling hungry when you take it before eating. I didn't notice any difference...I'm still not sure it worked, I could have lost weight from just drinking more water.Have you ever heard or used
