This morning I slept in a bit, I'm tired, tired, tired, it is probably the mid-winter blues. So, I was a bit rushed this morning. I did, however, do Metcalf's Pilates workout and enjoyed it very much - a lot of variety - not the same old, same old, mat routine. She does some standing Pilates style exercises (like Ellen), then does some floorwork - but it is all varied and works the core from different angles with a nice balance of flexion and extension. A lot of good work for the back and posture! Glad I did this one today. I did not do my Classical Stretch workout, due to sleeping in and running late, however....but I will do that tomorrow. I think the CS is helping w/ my flexiblity and just generally with alignment, etc. if I keep up with it, I have the feeling I can really ditch the chiropractor (I still end up going fairly often for "maintenance" - which is fine b/c my insurance covers it...but it is a drag to make time for it).ok - talk to everyone soon!Donna Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
