It's some kind of arrangement with government, not sure if they have this agreement with anyone else, suppose lots of elderly people may not have known what to do otherwise.

I received letters from BBC saying that as I was authorised

to act on behalf of my child, they are offering help to switch to digital TV

when our area changes. I only received this for the children receiving DLA. How

do they have our names? Does DLA give them out or maybe the council or social

services?. Am very worried that commercial companies are getting our

detailsfrom somewhere.
