3-T totally tubular turbo

I took a bit of break over weekend and monday due to work etc. but back at it now.I taught great spin class yesterday and today needed a weight workout but want to keep on the Chalene theme since I have been in such a funk and she makes me smile.I did the Tube workout and it fit the bill. I was going to use free weights (probably would have been harder) but I am always looking for good travel dvds. I always pack them and the tubes then get lazy and my excuse is I don't get the tubing.. So I did it all with tubes. It is a nice 30 min workout that hits all the spots and the tubing as chalene says "Is no joke" I think a got a good burn esp. in legs.hope to get up and do cardio party tomorrowjudy in dcps I ended up buying new fitbit

and back using it. for some reason this is what I need to push myself.

Hugs.  I'm in a bit of a funk too and Chalene DOES cheer me up!   I love that the new Turbo Kick dvd's come out more often, but Chalene seldom teaches in them anymore and I miss her!I have 2 more cardio workouts in Turbo Jam to do before moving on to Turbo Fire.

Shaun T ALWAYS makes me happy!  At least, in Hip Hop Abs he does :)  I yell curses at him during Insanity (all 1 of the workouts of his I've done so far, I'm scared to try the rest but at some point I will need to.  Maybe I'll take along with HHA, Judy, then move on to, gulp, Insanity)

I have Insanity too and have only tried the insane abs workout...that was enough to scare me! If u try it, let me know. I'll try to be brave enough to try it too! :)TeenaSent from my iPhone

my hope is I can try insanity.. if I can get thru turbo fire and hip hop abs.. then.. maybe.. I told myself if I could do insanity that I could by asylum.. I wanted asylum solely for the agility ladder workouts. of course I could buy one and do my own but that would be too simple..come on guys.. insanity in say april?? by then we will be so toned :)judy in DC To:

I still have Turbo Fire on hold from the library. It hasn't come in yet, but I

think I was something like #27 on the waiting list...

I think Hip Hop Abs is pretty easy, the ones I've done anyway, and I don't have abs...I have a 1 pound instead of a 6 pack!LOL, Jen
