Guest guest Posted February 9, 2012 Report Share Posted February 9, 2012 I took a bit of break over weekend and monday due to work etc. but back at it now.I taught great spin class yesterday and today needed a weight workout but want to keep on the Chalene theme since I have been in such a funk and she makes me smile.I did the Tube workout and it fit the bill. I was going to use free weights (probably would have been harder) but I am always looking for good travel dvds. I always pack them and the tubes then get lazy and my excuse is I don't get the tubing.. So I did it all with tubes. It is a nice 30 min workout that hits all the spots and the tubing as chalene says "Is no joke" I think a got a good burn esp. in legs.hope to get up and do cardio party tomorrowjudy in dcps I ended up buying new fitbit and back using it. for some reason this is what I need to push myself. I love that the new Turbo Kick dvd's come out more often, but Chalene seldom teaches in them anymore and I miss her!I have 2 more cardio workouts in Turbo Jam to do before moving on to Turbo Fire. At least, in Hip Hop Abs he does I yell curses at him during Insanity (all 1 of the workouts of his I've done so far, I'm scared to try the rest but at some point I will need to. I told myself if I could do insanity that I could by asylum..
