Today was Couch to 5K Week 2, Workout 2 (20 min of 90 sec jog/2 min walk) - I warmed up for 5 min and then finished up by walking until I hit the 3 mile mark (36 min). Afterwards I did Classical Stretch - Athletes Intense Stretch (first 30 min). I forgot that this one is easy to break into segments. The first 30 min includes a standing, floor and barre streetch, then the final 15 min is all floor work/stretches. I was running out of time so I did not include the final 15 min - but I may do that after my walk on Friday.
