Guest guest Posted February 2, 2012 Report Share Posted February 2, 2012 I got really burnt out with Blissology so I decided to give Cathe's Yoga Max another try. I've only done this one just once. I remember it being super slow moving so I knew I didn't want to do the whole thing. I did premix #1. This was 32 minutes. It was better, but still a lot slower yoga then what I'm use to. She holds the poses pretty long and I was feeling it in the warrior poses. There isn't enough stretching at the end though. In fact, there isn't any at all. She comes to stand and then next thing you know they're lying down doing the relaxation pose. I got down too, but I did some stretching while they just laid there.
