I had to cut back on my workouts. My bellybutton incision from the hysterectomy got all infected, was starting to open up. It was healed, then it turned red overnight and quickly spread to make my whole bellybutton red. My abdomen was hurting more all of a sudden. I ended up cleaning it out several times a day with hydrogen peroxide and an antibiotic cream. The home treatment worked as it is resolving. My skin if finally a normal color. Tomorrow I hope to get in a longer workout. I did Austin's step aerobics vhs for maybe 15 min. today. Unfortunately the infection left me weak, so I have to build up my strength again. My step count will be much lower than last week.

Ouch! I'm glad it's getting better. It's wise to pay attention to those signals an pace yourself accordingly. I hope you get your energy back soon.
