Guest guest
did jenny ford's step by step'. it has been a very long time since ive done a step workout! this one comes on a dvd with two other workouts (spicy step and hi/lo cardio). Warm-up: 8.5 minutes (cardio & stretch) Workout: 37 minutes (cardio) Cool-down: 5 minutes (light cardio & stretch) Total Workout Time: 50.5 minutes four combos - i skipped the last one due to time constraints. jenny starts each combo with basic step-ups then adds on other moves like the charleston , rocking horse, etc. i rate it as upper-beginner/low-intermediate because jenny doesnt really explain what the moves are. she does cue them all really well though and repeats everything alot. the bpm is appropriate, not crazy fast nor boringly slow. good basic step workout. :*carolyn. Guest guest
I really enjoy this one, Carolyn! I can't really follow Spicy Step, but I do like this one and I think she may have a Step By Step II coming out (or out already). what I like is that she'll put the full length workout up on You Tube so you can try before you buy (and, even buying is very reasonable, I think I got the DVD for under $10!) Donna p.s. I did try the Hi/Lo - it is definately more beginnerish, but really good if you are looking for something lighter but w/ more choreography than a .
