dear list mates,

we have been chelating our son for over a year and have done over 50 rounds AC

chelation. this weekend was round 54 but something happened that rather freaked

me out.

he started by saying that his eye was itchy and was rubbing it, this normally

happens the first day off round but this time it came on round and it was more

than just itching. it all happened so fast and was abit scarry.

i asked him to stop rubbing as his right eye was getting red, again this is not

unusual as we get it after most chelation rounds. just minutes later, hubby

called me in the kitchen asking me to look at son's eye. The white of the eye

was very sore/ swollen and looked as if filled with an orange liquid. it looked

as if it was going to burst open or to pop out.

i asked him to lie down and close his eyes hoping this will stop him rubbing.

He then fell asleep for about 20 minutes while i got my other 2 kids ready to go

to hospital. when he woke, the soreness had completely gone only leaving a

yellowish stain in the outer corner of the eye. He still had the stain when he

went to bed this evenning but he wasnt itching and no rubbing.

My question is, could this be something to do with all the supplements he is

having all could it be the chelating agents!

we are on ala and dmsa 1/8 and 1/6 of body weight and have been on the same dose

for 9 rounds. he is having the ac recomended supplements and has had very good

gains since we started chelation. am just not sure if i should carry on with it

after what ive seen today. Has any of you fellow parents had to deal with

incidents like this! please feel free to email me off list. Thanks in advance

Could it have been that he touched his eye with something he was allergic to?

The white of my eyes goes like jelly and swollen if I get near or touch my eyes

with some creams, with some grasses etc.
