Hi Angelle,

I just lost a reply (it might turn up later) - just to say that chia seeds

worked really well! Very happy with them.

Best wishes, Sandy

mixed with a little hot water. Cant remember the chia seeds/water ratio and I

am too lazy to get out of bed to go and check my notes! Think its something

like 1 to 4. It forms into a 'glup' when mixed with hot water.

Glad to hear Sandy! I recently ordered White Chia Seeds from this company, cant

wait to try it. Think it will hide better in muffins and breads better due to

the neutral colour.
