3 sets of 6 slow and heavy reps

Chest press (body masters)

40,50, 50

Dumbell flys

17.5, 15, 15

iso lateral incline press (hammer strength)

30, 30, 30 each arm

iso lateral decline press (hammer strength)

35, 35, 35 each arm

I had a very bad day yesterday and was so tired I fell asleep in the steam room for 30 minutes, I literally woke myself up with a snore.

I am soooooo ready for Kauai !!
