Hi all,I just want to say how much I'm enjoying this fitbit, myfitnesspal.com, and the polarusa websites. I love being able to upload the data and instantly see graphs and reports. Easy and fast! Ladies, thanks for turning me on to this thing.

The think I love most about myfitnesspal is the barcode scan on the iPhone. If I'm making a new recipe, I love just scanning the package barcode and then adjusting the amounts on the web. I don't eat a lot of packaged stuff, but the rest of the stuff I like is pretty easy to find: produce, etc. The food website interfaces seamlessly with the fitbit website.

The fitbit is teeny. I love being able to look at my sleep patterns. I still use my HRM for cycling & exercise videos, but it's super easy for me to grab the info from the Polar website and update myfitnesspal at the end of the day. (I have a " Flowlink " that captures the data off my HRM and uploads it to the website. I use that one to view my training load.

I had stopped logging everything a while back, but I really want the numbers as I come back from that injury. It helps me to track things that still cause me problems.So, last week I had 27 miles bike, a couple miles walking, and CLX Push Circuit 1 & 2. I have a head cold, so I'm taking a rest day today.
