Treadmill Monday

I spent an hour on the treadmill this morning. Warm-up, power walk, running a

mile, and walking to let my heart rate come down. Then I ran another 1/2 mile

and then warmed down.

It seems that my heart rate gets too high when I do some of the cardio lately. I

worry if this is dangerous, or if it just helps me get stronger.
