Guest guest Posted February 12, 2012 Report Share Posted February 12, 2012 I had a rare weekend day of no dog training or trialing so took advantage and did some house chores, then went to gym did about 40 min on eliptical slow steady backwards .. very hard.. then a few leg exercises for knees.. squat press, hamstring curl and quad thingyfyi total fitness dvds had cardio karate and some preview clips.. I am totally intrigued. some would be too hard for me now but maybe after turbo fire and insanity :)judy Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
