Thanks for the update. The memories are coming back now that you mentioned

the poking! " Does this hurt?... " , well yes, because you're making it

hurt... But the shots where very helpful. Knock on wood, it hasn't come

back for about 3 years now. I do remember going once a week for about 5

weeks, but well worth it. I hope you have the same success getting rid of

your pain. It may take more than one injection to start feeling better so

don't get discouraged. Remember not to overdue it and take care of

yourself,
