Diatomx order not arriving: are they still trading

I placed and paid for an order on 26 July but it hasn't arrived. I am concerned

becasue I tried first to place it by phone but the company's mail boxes were

full and not taking messages. Today I phoned again and both message boxes are

still full. This is worrying.

I suggest other people might consider holding off placing an order for the time

being.

There may be nothing wrong but I must say the signs are not encouraging.

Has anyone else received an order placed in late July or since then?
