Guest guest Posted February 10, 2012 Report Share Posted February 10, 2012 Hi Everyone, This morning I did a recorded classical stretch from PBS - it was a nice full body standing stretch (I think those end up being my favorites, although I do love when she does the hip flexors at the barre!) Then, my friend and I went for a 2 hour walk later in the day (my extra long lunch hour to make up for the lunch hours I don't take during the week!) Finally I finished up w/ the 15 min floor stretches from CS Athletes Intense Stretch - for this one she really focuses on the hips, hamstrings, quads, and groin. Just what I needed.
