It usually takes about 7-10 days IME

I placed and paid for an order on 26 July but it hasn't arrived. I am concerned becasue I tried first to place it by phone but the company's mail boxes were full and not taking messages. Today I phoned again and both message boxes are still full. This is worrying.I suggest other people might consider holding off placing an order for the time being.There may be nothing wrong but I must say the signs are not encouraging.Has anyone else received an order placed in late July or since then?Margaret
