My old VCR has Finally died (RIP), and after all these years I need to get a new Tai Chi or Qi Gong DVD.  I've tried several and while they are really good, they're not me. Cohen and and his tape Qi Gong would be ideal but each workout is 40 minutes long and I'm looking for a 15 to 20 minute workout I can do before I can go to work and face " LIFE. "  Tai Chi for Beginners by is beautifully done but just not what I'm looking for.  Lee Holden tapes look good  on YouTube, but I can't find any useful reviews.

I put out a question like this to the group before and ended up buying O'Brien's " Fit Body, Ageless Body which I enjoy a great deal and was lucky enough to get at a big discount on Amazon.

Does anyone in the group use Lee Holden DVDs or do they have a recommendation on Tai Chi or Qi Gong tapes?Regards,Catlin
