The usual 3 sets of 8, 8 counts up, 8 counts down:Life Fitness Press:level 6, 8, 8 (12 levels total)Iso-Lateral Incline Press30, 30, 25 per armIso-Lateral Decline Press: 40, 40, 35 per armDumbell Flys:17.5's, 15's, 12.5'sEliptical:10 minutes level 1010 minutes level 1210 minutes level 14It took almost all this time to reach 300 calories, when I stopped, as that was my goal.
