Guest guest Posted February 15, 2012 Report Share Posted February 15, 2012 Hi Everyone, For my workout today I did Couch to 5K - Week 3, Workout 1: 5 min warm-up90 sec run/90 sec walk3 min run/3 min walk90 sec run/90 sec walk3 min run/3 min walk2-3 min run to finish at 25/26 minThen I just walked until I hit 4 miles at around 45 minutes.I added on a recorded Classical Stretch episode from PBS.
