Good morning!

Today I did The Firm Bootcamp Maximum Calorie Burn. This one is led by Alison and was put out in 2007.

I can't believe it, but I've only done this workout one time and that was back in 2010!

It was a good workout, but I didn't care for the music.

I burned 373 calories, avg 140, max 178, steps 2,960 and the workout was 50 minutes.

I have two Firms left and I don't even think I'm going to do the last one which is Better Body & Buns. I previewed it and its all parts of what I've already been doing. If someone tells me that its worth doing then I'll rethink it. I do remember doing this one a long time ago.

Today I did Super Charge Sculpt lead by Pam Meriwether. I liked it better than I thought I would. I was able use heavier weights since the rep count was lower. I used 20, 15, 12, 5.

After that, I put in Shiva Rea and did another 20 minute routine.

I wore my HRM for both. I knew the numbers wouldn't be very high, but not bad.

For both it was 55 minutes. I burned 264 calories, avg 114, max 161.
