Guest guest
today's workout started with project you foundation... i have had to do this workout twice this week and now i get to move on to a different cardio workout...yay this one is scheduled once more... in week 4, along with all of the other workouts in the set... a last hurrah for all. after foundation, i climbed 25 floors of stairs. then i did project you upper body again. i used a bit heavier weights this time. i do not do the unweighted upper back flys with pinches... those irritated my rib the other day. i did most of the crunches on the ball but the next time i wont, due to the upcoming pilates. after upper body, i climbed another 25 flights of stairs. hmmm, this seems so much easier when i dont go out walking first. this is really showing me how much the walking is fatiguing my legs (which is a good thing). also fitbit.com gave me my 50 floors badge the next floor badge is 100 floors! eek! so doing all of this is great, however im only at 8100 steps. will need to come up with a couple thou somewhere to meet my daily 11K goal. geeze i wasnt planning on doing 4 workouts today, but will try to get on the elliptical later and see what that gives me. :*carolyn.
