Guest guest Posted February 25, 2012 Report Share Posted February 25, 2012 yesterday i was quite tired and did not want to exercise... just felt like hanging around. usually i would just skip it, but due to my workout buddy jen, i just had to do it ! thanks jen even my dh tried to talk me out of it because he wanted to chat. i told him we would hang out later after my workout was done. so i did PY lower body... this one seemed easier this time probably because i did not go for an hour walk before-hand. the lunges felt better and i like the abs better in this one than the abs in the upper body workout. i do not like all of the pulses that kathy does (3 in ones she calls them)... those give a good burn but are so hard on my knees. so for some of them i just do low-end holds instead of pulses. after that i got on the elliptical for a short walk, only 25 mins but better than nothing. calorie burn and step count very low for friday. i finally made it into the top 3 of my fitbit leaderboard but after friday's low step count, i will drop back down in the standings... oh well. i did what i could, will try to do alot more today. scheduled for today is office work, housework, PY foundation, PY upper body and the elliptical again. this time i will wear my mp3 player for the elliptical and will be able to stay on longer. just realized that i wont get my scheduled rest day tomorrow because i have deli work, but i wont be required to do a PY workout so that will be ok. friday felt like a rest day anyway. :*carolyn.
