Guest guest
Thanks, Jen! I have a regular schedule more or less - and some scheduled activities (like my Friday walk, my DD's art class, etc.) so it makes it easy for me to put together a schedule. Good luck on your kitten quest! I had a Himalayan cat once, the other cats I have had have all be of the generic domestic short hair variety....If I were to get a special breed of cat, I think I would like a Maine Coon b/c they are supposedly really big. I have a thing for over-sized animals - I used to have a Newfoundland dog. I'm not sure I would ever want one again now that I have had a "medium" dog (fewer joint problems and she doesn't shed or drool nearly as much!) but my Newfie was an awesome dog! Oh -and great job on your Project You rotation!!!Donna Subject: Friday - run/walk & Classical StretchTo: exercisevideos , FitFirmies Date: Friday, February 24, 2012, 9:01 AM Hi Everyone, Today was Couch to 5K Week 4, Workout 2 - same as Workout # 1. I felt a little tired doign this today - but I guess we have our ups and downs...after the run/walk intervals I stayed on the TM until I hit 4 miles at around 45 minutes. Afterwards I added on a recorded Classical Stretch. I have been re-thinking my Slim Rotation, and if I'm going to keep up w/ running and getting some outdoor running in, I may do something like this during my Slim Series phase (I think I will be ok to run during the Slim in 6 phase since those are a tad easier, but I will definately play it by ear - I'm feeling good, not injured, no aches and pains, and I certainly don't want to do anything to cause them!): Sunday - Slim Series workout Monday - Run/Walk on TM/Stretch Tuesday a.m. - Pilates/Fusion workut/ p.m. (while DD is at art class) outdoor run/walk Wed - Slim Series Cool it Off or restorative Yoga Thurs - Slim Series workout Friday - LONG outdoor walk/stretch Sat - Rest/Stretch I think this will work - I know Slim Series works the legs a lot and so does running... I think I can combine the Slim in 6 w/ running w/out too much of a problem, but we'll see. My goal, so far is to get through each workout in the series 3X - but Cool it Off will be done more often since it looks like i will be doing it weekly! Take care!Donna
Guest guest
Thanks Donna! I'm trying hard to follow this rotation with Carolyn...Hi PY Buddy! My neighbor had a Maine Coon cat and it was big but I prefer Siamese to them because they have the most personality I've ever seen in a cat. I did have an alley cat once..she had long hair but she wasn't very smart or active. One thing about Siamese is that they're active and love to talk, right -- she had a part Siamese.
