jen it sounds like you did well dealing with the furnace stuff

and working... then you played ball for 2 hours! thats great!

i hope you are able to get back to PY today (friday).

for PY day 4 (thursday) i had walking and lower body/abs.

i did the walking at the deli for 9200 steps.

ended the day with 15000 steps and 15 floors.

my legs were too tired to do the lower body workout :/

so, im moving lower body to today. im also supposed to use the

elliptical instead of walking, because the weather is bad today.

that is the plan for this evening.

My legs are very tired/sore today, I guess from playing volleyball last night and probably the cold damp weather we are having now. We only got about 2 inches and it's melting but all that cold dampness kills my arthritic knees! Anyway, I wore my fitbit to volleyball last night. I may try using my headband with your headband when I get it so see if it works better that way. I burned 495 calories, took 2,674 steps and walked 1.01 miles, WOW! And Thursdays aren't the best competition....I'm waiting to see what I get Monday and Wednesday next week. Jen

very good jen! and 100 cals for PY foundation is good too.

i got 177 cal burn doing foundation last time, so you are not far

off on that one.

100 cals is 100 cals !

Thanks Carolyn, I will.I should get a higher calorie burn playing volleyball on Monday because it's more competitive. Jen
