Guest guest
Hi Everyone, Did my outdoor walk w/ my friend today - we were both dragging - not feeling 100% (I"m not sure if it is a cold or allergies - I feel achey, too, so I'm thinking cold??) I dunno. Anyway, I'm not sure how long we walked - (my friend is the time keeper) but it was more then one hour, but less than two. I tihnk we were both a little slower than normal today. This weekend we're having guests, so I'm going to attempt to do some quiet workouts on my laptop. (Barre and/or Classical Stretch or yoga). I plan to start Slim Series on Monday w/ Start it up!Take care!Donna

Good for you and your friend. ~*´¨¸ *.• ´¸.•*´¨ ¸.•*¨ .•´ ¸ .*
