I had to share this with you guys.

I've been using my cardio workouts to get extra steps in when I'm behind. I've been doing low impact on the floor without shoes and just following whatever cardio I put in, but doing my own modifications. My heart rate doesn't really get up very high, but I get warm and I'm mainly just trying to move and get those numbers up on my fitbit.

I've found a DVD that works wonderful. I've been doing Cathe Cardio Hits disk. I don't use the step. I just follow her on the floor and at some points I find myself making up my own choreography. It so fun!!! I feel like S. I even think I could make my own walking DVD lol.

Just had to share that. Only you guys would understand this. Today I did 30 minutes from Step Fit.

LOL! I totally understand it, and you're right, most people wouldn't understand. :) Very cool .

Great job ! I figured out how to wear my Fitbit when I play volleyball and WOW I guess I do get in a pretty good workout. Monday playing volleyball I had 3,609 steps, 1.37 miles and burned 586 calories! On Wednesday after walking twice and playing volleyball I had over 13,000 steps logged...pretty good huh? That's a great workout, Jen!

michelle, what a brilliant idea!

i have a couple of step workouts that i do on the floor like this

-- but i do them that way as a real workout...LOL.. and because

doing them on the step is impossible for me!

one of them is a christie taylor and another is one of kari

anderson's (both of them love their complicated dancey choreo of

course)
