Half the class was wearing bellydance belts so there were lots of jingle sounds. It took a lot of concentration to not bust out in giggles. The cooldown song wound up being that sappy " Listen to Your Heart " song that came out ? years ago, and when smiled and started to hum a few lines of it I almost dropped my dumbells! 3 sets of 10 (easier than 3 sets of 8, 8 counts up and 8 counts down, by the way)Hammer Curls:10s, 15s, 15sW's:12s, 15s, 12s Cross Body Curls with Resistance Tubinggreen band all 3 setsIncline Curls on a Stability Ball (fun!)15s, 15s, 15sConcentration curls 15, 12, 12Arm Curl Machine (Eagle)30, 25, 25Feelin' the pump!
