Guest guest Posted March 2, 2012 Report Share Posted March 2, 2012 project you day 11 (thursday) called for walk and lower body. so i went out with chinook for a 50 min walk. a bit shorter than usual because i was almost halfway and noticed that my mp3 player was going to die. i turned right around and really put the power on for the way back home... i was not going to get stuck without my tunes!!! pinky, this has happened to me before, so i feel your pain... i got lucky this time and made it right to the end of my driveway before there was silence. yay! i let kathy rest her lower body and gave stephanie huckabee a whirl, with powerfit harmony lower body blast. this was a nice workout, i liked it. stephanie still says 'listen up' about a hundred times though ::sigh:: it is similar in structure to kathy's PY workout... squats, lunges, leg lifts... similar in length and also in difficulty. project you day 12 (friday) called for a walk, which i did in the deli... 9500 steps there. i was going to also make up my pilates and yoga workouts today but didnt count on getting called into the deli, so these are being re-scheduled to sunday. tomorrow is power push and upper and a shift in the deli. :*carolyn. And if it's any consolation, it's good to let the batteries go empty all the way and recharge them because they have their own sort of memory and for some reason to make them hold a charge longer you should do this now and then, especially when you first get them, same with cell phone batteries. I like the Powerfits. I've only done 2 of them, but they are just the best for mixing and matching and for add-ons, like you did today for your walks!
