Guest guest Posted March 2, 2012 Report Share Posted March 2, 2012 I had to share this with you guys. I've been using my cardio workouts to get extra steps in when I'm behind. I've been doing low impact on the floor without shoes and just following whatever cardio I put in, but doing my own modifications. My heart rate doesn't really get up very high, but I get warm and I'm mainly just trying to move and get those numbers up on my fitbit. I've found a DVD that works wonderful. I've been doing Cathe Cardio Hits disk. I don't use the step. I just follow her on the floor and at some points I find myself making up my own choreography. It so fun!!! I feel like S. I even think I could make my own walking DVD lol. Just had to share that. Only you guys would understand this.
