Kest Energize (first 15 minutes of sun salutations) High Reps- BB overhead press 25 BB wide grip upright row 20 lateral raise 5 rear delt raise 5 band pulls - I used 5 DB STS total body DB military press 12 BB upright rows 20 lateral raise 5 DB military press 12 BB upright row 20 lateral raise 5 abs Kest (back bends and floor stretches) This was around 45 minutes. The shoulders was all one. I did high reps first and then straight to STS Total body. I fried my shoulders but it went by really fast. It was nice doing .
