Tuesday Workout

Good morning!

Today I worked yoga, shoulders and abs. Here's what I did.

Kest Energize (first 15 minutes of sun salutations)

High Reps-

BB overhead press 25

BB wide grip upright row 20

lateral raise 5

rear delt raise 5

band pulls - I used 5 DB

STS total body

DB military press 12

BB upright rows 20

lateral raise 5

DB military press 12

BB upright row 20

lateral raise 5

abs

Kest (back bends and floor stretches)

This was around 45 minutes.

In these 2 strength dvd's, where the shoulder sections all lumped together or did you have to skip around?Awesome job!   Kest....:)  great pick for Valentine's Day!

The shoulders was all one. I did high reps first and then straight to STS Total body. I fried my shoulders but it went by really fast.

It was nice doing . I was really enjoying the long holding down dogs for some reason this morning.

Good morning!

This morning I did Amy Bento In The Ring (Great NRG) premix. I hadn't done this one since 7/11 so it had been a while. I wore my 1 lb gloves, which I've never done before. Worked fine!

I burned 436 calories, avg 156, max 187, steps 5,003
