I did 3 sets of 8, 8 counts up, 8 down:Life Fitness Presslevel 7.8,8 (12 levels total)Iso-Lateral Incline Press 30, 30 25 per armIso-Lateral Decline Press40, 35, 35Dumbell Flys (shoulder didn't like these tonite at all)15's, 12.5's, 12.5'ssingle arm kettlebell chest press20, 20, 20 barbell chest press40, 40 40cardio: 15 minutes walking at a 3.4 pace, incline of 2, 100 cal's burned, .75 mile walked.
