Guest guest Posted February 29, 2012 Report Share Posted February 29, 2012 how did everyone do on keeping track of, and, counting their workouts this month? paul prompted me to start keeping track so i faithfully filled out my log for february. i greatly improved on my january stats, which im quite happy about it felt good to get back in gear this month. :: high fives :: to all of my workout buddies and ::cheers:: to a sucessful march.
