February stats for me

I just tallied up my Feb stats:30.5 hours exercise6 hours of it was kickboxing3.58 hours was running (needs to be higher)6.91 hours was strength training10.25 was walking2.58 hours was misc. cardio machines

only 70 minutes of yoga ;(the rest is misc cardio and such.

Forgot about adding up my numbers for the month. I guess I didn't realize it's already March.

Here is what I came up with for Feb.

24 hours exercise, 23 days of workouts

13 days of yoga

Mine isn't as detailed as yours. Never thought of adding up the hours for strength, cardio and walking. We walk our dogs everyday, but I never count it. I guess I should.

You did awesome and so happy to see those numbers!!!!
