Guest guest
Only 2 more workouts til you've done ALL the workouts and turned 'em around, or just 2 more FIRMS? In either case, that is quite an accomplishment! And what a great way to weed out the truly good, worth keeping workouts from those that simply use up space. Good morning! Today there wasn't any school (Presidents Day) I STILL got up early. One, I couldn't sleep (what's new, right?) and two, goes to the doctor first thing. Anyway, I did The Firm Aerobic Weight Training. This one is led by Allie Del Rio. They use the transfirmer. I just used my high step and lowered and raised it when needed. It worked fine for me. The cardio sections are really kind of boring to me. For the weight sections I used 5, 12, 15, 20 DB. Mostly all of it was too short too feel anything. Even though, I still thought this workout was fun. She does A LOT of moves so you're constantly doing something. I burned 337 calories, avg 130, max 161, steps 2,900 I have 2 more workouts after this one to do and I'll have them all done. Have a great day!~~

I've pretty much got through all my other workouts and ended up putting turned back around. I waited to do the Firm workouts last. It's actually been pretty fun. ~*´¨¸ *.• ´¸.•*´¨ ¸.•*¨ .•´ ¸ .*
Guest guest
Good morning! This morning started a new rotation. Glad I have something down ahead. I got really tired of winging it there for a while. Today I did Cathe's KPC/L & G premix. This one was Kickbox Drills,Standing Leg work, Abs. OMG, was it ever hard. The first part is from KPC and she does the warm up and high intensity drills. There is a lot of jumping and then you go straight to L & G and right from the get go she does leg presses. I think this is where my heart rate got the highest. I was really breathing. I burned 482 calories, avg 150, max 188, steps 4,446 Have a great day!~~
