PY day 14 sunday

for PY day 14 i did power push and pilates.

im glad that there are 2 new workouts this week because power

push is not one of my favourites. i like parts of it and dislike

others... way too many knee lifts, that is for sure. i think

that i like foundation better.

i do like the pilates because the exercises are different and not

what i normally do (i used to do pilates ALOT with mari winsor,

but it has been a very long time). however pilates is hard!

i will do this one again this week.

i still owe the yoga workout though... will fit it in somewhere.

today im supposed to do full body circuit but i also get a bonus

walk in the deli this afternoon. im aiming to do full body

circuit this evening.
