Had a killer tricep workout tonite at CAC. 3 sets of 8, 8 counts up and 8 down:Tricep Extension machine50, 65, 65Dumbell Pullovers (love how these get both the lats and the triceps, a twofer!)35, 40, 40

Kickbacks12.5's, 10's, 10's - these were tough going so slowRope Pull, the taller and harder one, I will use this from now on but my #'s are lower50, 45, 40LifeFitness Tricep Press

level 9, 10, 10 (there are 12 levels total, i would love to max out at all the new Life Fitness Circuit machines!)When I took off my sneakers my arms were trembling, so I know I'll feel this one! After that was a much needed visit to the steam room and hot tub, broken up with a lazy couple of laps floating with a noodle.

Jen, I think I did!  It turns out he's been dating and nothing has really worked out, plus he had car trouble and a run in with the management at LA Fitness, the other gym he goes to. The guy at the front desk seemed surprised to see us together again.  I know the people at this gym gossip like crazy, it's a neighborhood gym where everyone kinda knows everyone.

Oh, I forgot to add - I think I have an admirer at this gym!  For the third time this Asian senior kept kinda following me around the weight room floor and I catch him looking at me every now and then.  I do have purple hair...

We used to, it didn't work out.   I enjoy having him as a romantic friend, we get on better now that we ever did when we were  dating :)
