Guest guest Posted February 19, 2012 Report Share Posted February 19, 2012 Had a killer tricep workout tonite at CAC. 3 sets of 8, 8 counts up and 8 down:Tricep Extension machine50, 65, 65Dumbell Pullovers (love how these get both the lats and the triceps, a twofer!)35, 40, 40 Kickbacks12.5's, 10's, 10's - these were tough going so slowRope Pull, the taller and harder one, I will use this from now on but my #'s are lower50, 45, 40LifeFitness Tricep Press level 9, 10, 10 (there are 12 levels total, i would love to max out at all the new Life Fitness Circuit machines!)When I took off my sneakers my arms were trembling, so I know I'll feel this one!
