Good morning!

Today there wasn't any school (Presidents Day) I STILL got up early. One, I couldn't sleep (what's new, right?) and two, goes to the doctor first thing.

Anyway, I did The Firm Aerobic Weight Training. This one is led by Allie Del Rio. They use the transfirmer. I just used my high step and lowered and raised it when needed. It worked fine for me.

The cardio sections are really kind of boring to me. For the weight sections I used 5, 12, 15, 20 DB. Mostly all of it was too short too feel anything. Even though, I still thought this workout was fun. She does A LOT of moves so you're constantly doing something.

I burned 337 calories, avg 130, max 161, steps 2,900

I have 2 more workouts after this one to do and I'll have them all done.
